Why aren’t there more white people in the ” Projects ” ?
And why are there always cars there that start around 28 to 40 K ?
The projects are low income housing and for some reason have always drawn the blacks.. I lived around the projects one time and every hour or so the cops were there arresting drug dealers or murderers or someone was getting shot, etc.. Projects are known to be filthy.. put simply filthy.. old cars and trucks falling apart.. smelly.. dirty kids.. smells like drugs…and booze.. cops were afraid to come around there.
I, being white, am not racist, but I can’t live in a lifestyle like that.. I need clean air. and clean yards.. I want to be able to walk outside without fear of being shot or raped or beat up.. I am not saying that this happens in the projects.. I am saying it happen in the 1 I lived near.. and most of them drive cars that cost that much for reasons: drug dealing maybe 2. welfare maybe..who knows.. maybe they just would rather have an expensive car than a decent place to live..
If anyone has a lot of kids (white or black) they can get as much as $6-700 a month in food stamps.. if they don’t use them all they can be sold for drugs or cigarettes (even though it’s an EBT card, there are still ways to cheat the govt and people know the tricks. )

Because white people in that income bracket prefer to live in trailer parks, and typically would not enjoy the culture prevalent in that neighborhood.
The cars are status symbols, even if the housing isn’t.
